Table Rate for Extra Equipment Needed
Changes for the 2014 Event, per the GCC's rules:

Any extra tables, chairs, etc. needed must be paid for on vendor set up day (Saturday, June 28th) via a credit card thru The Event Team. The GCC no longer handles these rentals. 

As you arrive for booth set up, be sure to arrange for any additional equipment needed or feel free to bring your own. 


*If you'll need your booth tables higher,
you MUST bring your own table extensions!
(example PVC pipe to attach to table legs)




Extra Equipment & Labor Rates per day:

  • Undraped Tables 8' x 24": $20
  • Draped Table 8' x 24": $40
  • Vendor/Product Table 8' x 24": $60

  • Wireless internet - $25

9 & 1/2% Sales Tax will be added to your bill.

All audio/visual equipment is subject to a 15% service charge.
