The Gatlinburg Convention Center requires all Event Coordinators to carry an 'event planner liability insurance policy' for the duration of their usage of the GCC, covering inside the premises, outside in the parking lot, as well as coverage on the vehicle used for Event purposes.
Participating nail companies & individual educators are NOT required by the GCC to carry their own insurance.
We STRONGLY advise that EACH participating nail company or individual educator speak to their own insurance provider about adding additional coverage which will protect them while at shows and/or networking events. Amounts vary, but normally are very affordable for a "Certificate of Insurance" (COI).
