*The upper section of the Fabulous Chalet (featured below) is a more secluded, located just past the lower section & on a dead end street. It offers more privacy, balconies with mountain views, another outdoor pool. It's a further walk to the Parkway, to the GCC, & to the nearest Trolley stop.
